Arthur E. Benjamin and Bandit Visit Utah Senate

American Dog Rescue Foundation founder Arthur E. Benjamin and “Chief Canine Officer” Bandit paid a visit to the Utah State Senate last week. The duo hoped to garner support for higher penalties for animal abuse and cock fighting, and to put an end to use of gas chambers in the state for euthanasia.

“Being invited to stand at the front of the awe inspiring chamber was breathtaking for both Bandit and myself,” Arthur said. “I’m glad Bandit and I were able to stop by and increase awareness to the need for this important focus for future legislation in Utah.”
